Women & Children’s Transitional Home

A transition home in which women who have graduated from our Hannah’s Program can regain custody and live with their children.

This rescue mission home is dedicated specifically to women who have graduated Hannah’s House or have regained custody after graduating. Women are able to transition into finding a job and look for stable housing. Mothers are provided specific support depending on their needs along with keeping the mothers and their children safely together.
