GIVE A VEHICLE

Warren Family Mission

Donate your car, truck, motorcycle, or other vehicle today! When you donate a car it can be used for vital programs at the Mission or it can be given to a program graduate and other members of the community in need. For many people, owning a vehicle is a huge step toward independence. Furthermore, it can save time and money for individuals and families coming out of poverty and homelessness, and provide stability and increased opportunities.

What Type of Car Can I Donate?

We accept vehicles in any condition. Cars, trucks or other donated vehicles that need moderate repairs are ideal, but we also accept cars that are not running and even some vehicles you may think are “junk.”

Cars that cannot be repaired and/or gifted for any reason can still be used to support Mission programs and services, so please contact us with any questions.

Still wonder if your vehicle is good to donate?
Don’t worry. Contact us today to see how you can donate your car.

Benefits of Donating a Car

When you donate your car to Warren Family Mission, you’re providing independence and transportation to someone who has worked hard for months in our program to overcome homelessness and poverty. For someone who has lost everything, your car could be the difference that helps them be able to keep their new job, make it on time to necessary appointments and more.

And you’ll benefit too! All donated vehicles, regardless of condition, are tax-deductible. So instead of junking a car for a couple hundred dollars, donate your vehicle to receive more value for your tax-deductible gift.

GIVE A PROPERTY

Warren Family Mission

Donating real estate is a great way to help the Warren Family Mission. If you own property and would like to make a charitable gift, please contact us today. Someone who donates real estate that has been held for more than one year is generally entitled to an income tax deduction equal to the full, fair market value of the donated property. In most cases, the donor can avoid the capital gain tax on the appreciated portion of the property that would have been taxable if the property was sold. Estate tax savings as well as avoiding probate are other possible benefits.
