Robert Kundel Jr.
Board President
Born and raised in the rust belt of NE Ohio, Robert began working for his father’s business Kundel Industries Inc., a manufacturer of trench shoring products, at the age of 16. Eventually, Robert grew into the role of COO of Kundel Cranes, a division of Kundel Industries. On May 18, 2012 God placed a call on Robert’s life to build a one-of-a-kind pastoral retreat center to be located in the Charlotte, NC area & to be dedicated to the restoration of pastors worldwide.

Caitlin Gilger-White
Executive Director
Caitlin lives in Champion, Ohio, with her spouse and four children. She started her journey at the Warren Family Mission in 2016 as the Volunteer Coordinator and later became the Director of Development. However, in December 2021, she took on the role of Executive Director following the untimely passing of her father, Pastor Chris Gilger. Answering the Lord’s call to assist the less fortunate, Caitlin has dedicated the last seven years to working at the Mission.
